Frequently Asked Questions

  • It depends on what your project is, and not everything stated (below) may apply, but here’s an idea of what it could look like:

    1. Discovery: I start by understanding the purpose of the project (e.g. your goals, target audience).

    2. Development: Based on the information gathered, I’ll come up with a few concepts that align with your brand and objectives (e.g. colours, tone of voice). If needed, I’ll fine-tune the concept accordingly.

    3. Delivery: Once we come to an agreement, I’ll prepare the files and assets for your intended use.

  • The design process depends on (1) what the project is, and (2) the extent of the workload. Shortest project I've worked on lasted a week, longest was a couple of months. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

  • I approach each project on a case-by-case basis as each project is unique, so the final price is based on what's needed (deliverables). If you contact me regarding this, I can give a ballpark (i.e. send you a quote when I'm informed of your project scope).
